Brethren of the Blue

I realized that no one in this world is able to appreciate a soldier, a cop or a security officer other than a peer who has walked in those responsibilities. Unfortunately, our kind is not known for edifying each other. But right now, I want you to take confidence in knowing that I hear your brothers talk. We are all grateful for you. We are comforted to have you by our side. We are made confident that you have our back. We are humbly honored when your integrity forces your efforts, when you give in the areas that are never recognized and go unnoticed and when you set your life aside for us. If you are reading this here at this forum, know that you are connected to many who hold you in high regard as a brother.
